Dawana:
Dawana is a former Stay-At-Home Mom, back to her day job as an Elementary School teacher and loving it. She currently resides in the beautiful state of Colorado. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York (by way of her Jamaican parents) and she has a total of 10 brothers and sisters (some 1/2, some 1/4, 1/8… who’s keeping track?).
She is married to the ever-indecisive, football coach extraordinaire/love of her life Daddy C. They have an amazing baby girl named Cadence (aka Baby C) who was born in January of 2009 and a 4-year-old Boxer that gets on Dawana’s freaking nerves almost every second of the day… She loves him very much.
She is a lover of God, staring at her daughter in awe, photography, all TV that is trashy, wine at night (especially before bed), reading books, aimlessly searching the internet, even numbers, coffee, soda and anything caffeine related, red candy, and these days- talking to herself.

Trish:
Trish is a full time mother and wife as well as a part-time pediatric dental assistant. She lives in North Carolina with her patient husband, funny daughter, newborn baby Lucas and crazy dog. She enjoys margaritas, chocolate ice cream, nachos, cherry coke zero, and pretty much anything unhealthy. She is obsessed with purses, garden gnomes (although she does actually no gardening), and loves the color hot pink.
Trish loves kids- all kids, even the ones with crusty noses and dirty fingernails or the ones that scream at the top of their lungs for no reason. She recently shaved her head to raise money for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to help find a cure for childhood cancer. When she does have hair, it has more gray in it than she would like to admit (she blames
it on her husband).
Trish’s goal in life is to make people smile. That’s one reason why being in the dental field is so rewarding to her. On A Bittersweet Existence Reviews, she will strive to review products honestly, thoroughly, and with a bit of humor.

Mandy:
Mandy is currently a single mother, blogger, cat-rescue advocate, and aspiring published author and print or web layout designer as soon as the right job comes along. Mandy graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Professional Writing and a minor in Communication, Arts & Sciences.
Mandy lives in Pennsylvania with her one-year-old daughter and her three rescued cats. She enjoys boxed wine, reality TV, flavored popsicles (except for the banana ones), and Steelers football.
Mandy went through her entire pregnancy alone for reasons you can read about here. She is a sufferer/survivor (depending on the day) of post-partum depression, and is unashamed to share her life experiences with the world.
Honest and insightful, Mandy is not afraid to tell it like it is, and through her life experiences, has been forced to become a pretty tough cookie on the exterior. Inside she’s a closet romantic who longs to find someone to settle down with. She is also the comedian of her group of friends and has been compared to Chelsea Handler (which tickles her fancy immensely).
